How we test & rank

Every pick is framed around real use — material durability, sizing and fit for specific breeds and life stages (puppies, seniors, deep-chested dogs), and the trade-offs that generic "best of" lists skip. We are a gear-review site, not a veterinary resource: for any health concern, talk to your vet.
